TK Property Group engaged me to elevate their brand presence and create a cohesive visual identity that reflected their position within the UK property investment market. As a company specialising in high‑yield opportunities across major northern cities, they required a brand system that communicated authority, clarity, and trust while remaining accessible to both new and seasoned investors.

I developed a refreshed identity built around clean structure, confident typography, and a modern, investment‑focused aesthetic.
