6. Payments

If hosting is cancelled, we will provide a site export upon request.

8. Hosting, Maintenance & Support

If you choose our hosting or maintenance services:

  • We will take reasonable steps to keep your website secure and online
  • We cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime
  • Third‑party service outages (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, domain registrars) are outside our control

Support is provided during normal business hours unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third‑Party Services

We may use third‑party tools or plugins to deliver your website. These services may have their own terms, which you agree to by using the website.

We are not responsible for issues caused by third‑party updates, outages or changes.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of profits, revenue or business

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

If a project is cancelled by the client:

  • Work completed up to the cancellation date must be paid for
